My name is Michael Kuilema and I am the owner of Kuilema Realty International. I have almost 30 years of experience in the realty business. I am skilled, sincere and committed to every customer and every buying and selling process. Besides my extensive knowledge in the real estate market, I also have experience in the field of legal regulations in real estate and in the field of construction. This allows me to assist you in making the right choices when buying or selling your home.
In my passion for real estate I have dedicated myself to understand the complexities of real estate markets, trends, and investment strategies. I firmly believe that real estate is not just about properties; it’s about creating opportunities, fostering communities, and shaping futures. That’s why I also started as a lecturer to put my enthusiasm in work for educating and empowering others in the field.
